After having spent much of the last 10 years categorized as Obese and having tried diet after diet after diet just to be left frustrated and hungry, I knew I had to do something to change the long-term. These diet plans I had followed never stuck because I had no accountability or motivation to truly push me; no one to call me out when I messed up. It wasn't until I decided that weight loss did not have to be fast but had to be implemented with small individual goals that the pressure was off, and I could simply replace bad foods with good foods and learn how to eat. Something amazing happened when I did that. By adding High Fibrous foods in combination with a well-balanced Protein, Carb and Fat intake the FAT began to shed. I introduced 20 min of weight training and cardio 4 Days/week and before I knew it, I had lost nearly 80 pounds.
This is for the man who struggles to look at photos of himself without reminiscing of who he once was. This is for the man who sees other men and says to himself, "If I could just give that dude about 30 of these pounds, I'd be happy". This is for the man who is confused where to start so makes Monday morning promises that never gain momentum.
Other than having lost 80 pounds and successfully maintained it, absolutely nothing. Our plans, however, are based on real world results that don't require some strict diet regimen. Think of PopsBod as an accountability tool on steroids with resources that have proven to work. Of course, any diet or exercise routine you begin should be evaluated by a doctor. What we're doing here is giving meal plans, setting goals (personal and professional), calling men out to be the best the version of themselves, and helping them get back to who they want to be!
